Our Policy

  • Cancellation Policy

Reservations are recommended. Reservations are guaranteed up to only 10 minutes after the appointment time. We appreciate cancellations with two hours notice. We will not honor future reservations of no-show customers.

  • Guarantee

Full sets and gel polish are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair.

  • Late Arrivals

Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a “NO SHOW” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and you will be responsible for the full-service fee. Your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed.

  • Refunds

If you are not happy with your nails, or pedicure please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds or redo will be given after you have left the salon. Also for gift cards, there will be no refunds after purchase of gift cards.

  • Surveillance

For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance 24/7.

  • We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

-Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
-Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
-Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
-Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment
-Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
– Customers under 15 years old cannot receive gel nail services due to possible damage to the growth of young nails. Please consult our staff for the kids’ menu for a basic manicure
